The count down continues!!!! So does the packing!!!

Seven Days is done and gone.

We got some packing information from our agency that said we should pack as light as possible.  So we looked at our suit cases for some time scratching our heads.  The last couple days have been spent taking things out and putting them back in.  When we get frustrated we simply walk away and come back the next day with the same results.  So we probably won't save anything with this exercise and we will most likely end up with what we started with.  Well, back to packing.

  Well,  Ella is all packed!!!  Now Jeff and I need to find room to pack the remainder of our piles!!!  Here is a picture of Ella's suitcase.  And a picture of our Glory girl and Nestle helping mommy pack!!!  Oh, How I would love to pack my Glory!!!

COUNT DOWN BEGINS!!!!!

  Today is the day!!!  We now can begin our  "last 10 days count down"  until we leave for China!!!!!  The girls had fun creating each number this weekend to share with you.  SOOOOOOO Here we go.....

Swingin' for Ella!

    17 days until we leave for our little Ella! Just 5 days ago we found out when we were leaving. Boy have we been busy making piles. One pile for Ella, one for Jeff, one for me and one for the girls. Oh, don't forget Nestle (our dog). Yes, she has a pile of food and meds.
    The other day when it was actually sunny and warm, the girls were outside swinging. I went out there and they said, " Mommy, look what we are going to teach Ella!"

We're on our way!!!! Well in 21 days!!!!

We are so thrilled to finally say,"We are leaving May 5th to get our little girl." YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! So stay tuned as we prepare for this trip.

STAYING BUSY!!! WHILE WE WAIT!!!

  Hello everyone.  Just wanted to touch base and let you know that we are staying busy with all our "to do" lists.  Jeff has his list, I have mine and we have our together list too.  At the end of each day we sit down and check our lists and mark off what each of us have done.  We could get a call any day now telling us that we are to be in China in days.  So getting things done for the trip and around the house is huge. 
  A few weeks ago some close friends came over for a work day.  We painted, sewed, and rearranged the girls bed rooms.  What a blessing to check off some major items on the "to do" list.
